By using the booking services and transportation offerings provided by Mike’s Limo Service (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “Passenger”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use our services.
đźš« No Refunds & No Guarantees
All bookings are final. Payments are non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed. We do not guarantee specific arrival times due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions beyond our control. We are not liable for missed flights, events, or other time-sensitive situations.
đź“… Booking Policies & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for standard service and 72 hours in advance for specialty events (e.g., weddings, proms).Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.Changes to pickup time or location must be submitted at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled ride.
đź“ť Agreements & Responsibility
By booking our services, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms. It is your responsibility to provide accurate pickup/drop-off details and to be ready at the agreed-upon time.
đź’ł Payment & Disputes
All payments must be completed prior to service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Disputes must be resolved directly with us. Initiating chargebacks without contacting us may result in service suspension and legal recovery of fees.
⚠️ Limitations of Liability
Mike’s Limo Service is not responsible for delays or damages caused by weather, road conditions, traffic, or mechanical issues. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles in case of operational needs.
đźš— Passenger Conduct
Clients are responsible for the behavior of all passengers. No smoking, excessive intoxication, or damage to the vehicle is allowed. Cleaning or repair fees may apply if necessary.

We reserve the right to update these Terms or modify services as needed. Any major changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
